Chateau de la roche Jagu

Château de La Roche Jagu is a magnificent castle located on a promontory, surrounded by the Aulne and Blavet rivers near Ploëzal, France. It was restored in the 19th century and is now a private residence. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll around the grounds, learn about local history, and view the ancient architecture. A unique feature of the castle grounds is the two large dikes, built as a defensive measure in the 16th century that protect the castle during floods. The castle also contains a chapel, manor, mill, ovens, and a large meadow with a fountain. Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic and explore the area featuring several bridges, gardens, and rock formations. Don't forget to bring your camera!
