Lake Street bridge

The Lake Street bridge is a double deck, bascule bridge which crosses the Chicago River in Chicago, United States. It was built in 1928 by the Polk Brothers’ Construction Company and spans a total length of 1,567 ft. With its open steel arch, the bridge is the fifth longest double-deck bridge in the world. It is also a popular spot for photographers and urban explorers alike, providing stunning views of the bustling city. There is free parking along the road, as well as public transportation near the bridge.
