Fujiyoshida is a city located in the northwest corner of Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It is nestled in the northern foothills of Mount Fuji. It is known for its abundance of natural beauty, particularly its river terraces, cedar forests and stunning views of Mount Fuji. There are several traditional Japanese gardens to explore, like the Chureito Pagoda and the Sengen Shrine, as well as the historic Fujisan Hongu Sengen Shrine.
