Kalti-Stanserhorn

Kalti-Stanserhorn is a winding mountain ranger path located in the beautiful canton of Stans in Switzerland. It's one of the most popular hikes in the Bernese Oberland, leading hikers to exquisite views of the surrounding Alps. For less experienced travelers, the climb can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day, however there exist several easier trails nearby that are more suitable for those who aren't use to trekking. It's worth noting however that whichever trail you choose, the views you'll find along the way are beyond stunning.

Kalti-Stanserhorn is particularly interesting for photographers, as the landscape includes some of Switzerland's loveliest alpine forests and wildlife along the way. That and the fact that the path starts at the small mountain village of Kalti and travels up the Stanserhorn mountain, offering a stunning view of the Lucerne valley and its surroundings. Make sure to bring a camera and enjoy the scenery!
