Jin Mao

The Jin Mao Tower is a skyscraper located in Shanghai, China. It is considered to be one of the tallest buildings in China, standing at around 420 meters high. The 88-story tower was designed by the Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the same team responsible for the construction of the iconic Sears Tower. Built between 1994 and 1999, the structure is a prominent landmark of the modern city of Shanghai and offers stunning views of the skyline and Huangpu River. Jin Mao Tower is one of the most renowned buildings in Shanghai, having been visited by millions of tourists and photographers over the years. Inside, the tower is home to a large shopping mall, atrium, hotel and observation deck.
