Cliffs of Moher

The Cliffs of Moher are an iconic sight in Ireland, with stunning coastal views stretching for 8km along the Atlantic coast of County Clare. This rugged and unique landscape is hugely popular with visitors from all corners of the globe, who come to marvel at the natural beauty of these near-vertical cliffs. Reaching up to 214m in height, the cliffs are lined with walking paths for visitors, who can take in the awesome sight of the wild ocean below. The nearby O’Brien’s Tower offers an elevated perspective of the scene too. The cliffs are home to a great variety of flora and fauna, with guillemots, cormorants and peregrine falcons all calling the cliffs home.
