📍 Desde Inside, United States
Los Angeles' Union Station is a grand multicultural hub and the busiest transportation center in the United States. Located near the city's Chinatown neighborhood, Union Station was built in 1939 and retains its original Mission Revival style and décor throughout the station. It's also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The station serves Metro trains, Metrolink commuter trains, Amtrak trains and various bus lines, so getting around LA is easy. Union Station is beautiful inside and out, and visitors can take a self-guided tour of the station to explore the ticketing lobby, arcades, wooden benches and the Fred Harvey restaurant. The station often hosts special events, from live music and art exhibitions to food festivals and movies. There's no better way to experience the city than a visit to LA's iconic Union Station.
