The Broad

The Broad is an art museum in Los Angeles, United States, that houses an extensive collection of artwork from the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad, the museum opened in 2015 and has quickly become one of the city's most beloved attractions. Inside, visitors can find a wide range of creative pieces, spanning multiple genres and styles. There are plenty of works by popular American artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat and Cy Twombly, as well as international talents like Yayoi Kusama, Manzu and Adrian Villar Rojas. The museum also hosts special exhibitions and offers educational activities designed to deepen visitors’ understanding of the creative process. Admission is free and the museum is open Tuesday through Sunday.
