Sheringham Point Lighthouse

Sheringham Point Lighthouse, located on the Juan de Fuca coastline, is one of the oldest lighthouses on the British Columbia coast. Built in 1912, the historic lighthouse stands on a sheer cliff, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding coastline. The lighthouse and its surroundings are protected as part of Juan de Fuca Provincial Park. The lighthouse is open to the public and visitors can climb up the hill to its light room for a memorable experience. From the light room, visitors are able to capture incredible views of Sheringham Point and the ocean. The grounds around the lighthouse are home to diverse wildlife such as birds, deer and black bears. There is a small beach and hiking trails leading to the nearby beaches. Visitors to the area can also explore the surrounding park, which is a great spot for nature lovers.
