The Rêverie du Promeneur Solitaire Tunnel in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium is a unique sight to behold. Located near the Chêne au Loup, this tunnel is made of smooth, spotless marble and granite walls, lit by a series of glittering crystal-like lamps. At the end of the tunnel, one discovers a garden with french roses, a cherry tree, and a pond with several swans. The place offers a peaceful stroll in a majestic landscape and is especially popular among couples and families. There is plenty of flora, fauna and birds to observe, as well as several benches to take a break. There is also one of the biggest carillon of the country, functioning since 2001.
