Molly Malone Statue

The Molly Malone Statue is situated on the corner of Suffolk Street and Gresham Street in Dublin City Centre. It is a tribute to the famous fisherwoman and songbird Molly Malone from 'Cockles and Mussels', a traditional Irish song. The bronze statue was created by Jeanne Rynhart in 1988 and stands on a granite base, sculpted by Victor Langford, that shows scenes of traditional Dublin life. It's a popular photo spot and a great place to start your tour of Dublin city.
