Lago Filo Hua Hum

Lago Filo Hua Hum is an amazing glacial lake and a perfect tourist attraction in Filo Hua Hum, Argentina. The lake stands on an elevation of 3,672 meters and surrounded by the beautiful snowcapped mountains of the Andes. It is home to a variety of aquatic species, like arctic char, pike and perch. There are also frequent sightings of different plants, mammals and bird species, making it a great location for wildlife enthusiasts. The lake is accessible by vehicle in the summer and the best way to explore is by taking a peaceful stroll along its shore. From the lake, fantastic views of the Cerro Aconcagua, a 6, 962 m peak in the Andes, can be seen. There are plenty of activities to engage in such as hiking, fishing, birdwatching or simply soaking in the beauty.
