Located at the top of Telegraph Hill in San Francisco, Coit Tower is an iconic landmark in the Bay Area. Built in 1933, it stands 210 feet tall, offering stunning 360 degree views of the San Francisco skyline. Visitors can take two separate elevators to the top of the tower, where on a clear day, they can see up to 25 miles. Inside the tower, visitors can view murals painted by some of the most skilled and creative artists in the city. The depiction of life in early-20th century San Francisco make these murals a must-see for visitors. The tower itself is open daily, with varying hours; admission to the observation deck is free.
