Château de Bussy-Rabutin is a 16th century castle in Bussy-le-Grand, France. It was originally built by Marquis Philippe Emmanuelt de Bussy, who became known as the 'Renaissance Man of Burgundy'. The castle is noted for its historical and cultural importance, as well as its beauty and grandeur. The castle has a gorgeous façade constructed from brick, which is set off by a picturesque turret topped with a conical roof. Inside, visitors will find dozens of frescoes and tapestries, as well as a library filled with over 2,000 books. The castle also boasts two large courtyards which are perfect for exploring and reciting Romanesque tales. Visitors can explore through the twelfth and twentieth century rooms, each showcasing their rightful owners.
