Karamzinsky Dub (or Oak) is located in Ostanovo (Naok) village, on the banks of the Klyazma river, near Moscow. This ancient oak tree is one of the largest occupied oak trees, believed to be between 500 and 600 years. Due to this, it is protected as a national monument. It has a diameter of 11.6 meters and its circumference is 37 meters. People all around the world come to witness its grandiosity and its importance in history. It is also famous for its beautiful alleys and landscapes, as well as for its rich biodiversity. In the spring and summer seasons, the eye can be filled with the beauty of the lush greenery of the forest.
