Zerstörer Mölders (D186) is a sunken German destroyer located in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. It was sunk in 1945 during a bombing raid and since then has become an artificial marine habitat. It is now home to dozens of fish species and other forms of marine life. The ship is around 105 meters (345 feet) long and is considered to be a very popular dive site. Divers can explore the wreckage, see unique coral formations and observe the abundant sea life. However, diving experience is essential here as the potential for technical problems and the strength of currents make it a challenging dive. Moreover, special permission is required to dive here and it's only available for experienced divers. Zerstörer Mölders (D186) can be reached by boat or by swimming and is definitely worth a visit!
