Yenidze is an iconic attraction in Dresden, Germany. The building is one of the few reminders of the old city from before World War II. It was originally built in 1909 as a cigarette factory in the unique style of a mosque. Today, it is a protected landmark of historic architecture that is used for offices and stores. It's outdoor architecture includes brightly-colored, ornate ceramic tiles, intricate wooden window frames, and a large dome in the center. Besides being a popular tourist attraction, it is also a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Dresden. The closest tram stop is located just outside of the building, making it a convenient and picturesque spot to explore. Be sure to check out the courtyard, which is filled with tropical plants and trees, as well as two old boilers used by the factory in the past.
