Wuhan Hanyang and Hankou skylines are renowned for their towering skyscrapers, which give a dramatic panoramic view of the skyline. These two waterfront skylines are connected by the Yangtze River, and boast some of the most impressive architecture in the world. There are many excellent locations in the city where photographers can take great shots of its futuristic skyline. The greatest among them is Wuhan Sky Bridge, which was designed by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. It stands 308 meters (1,010 feet) above the river and connects the two skylines at night, creating amazing views that stretch for miles. Another great spot is Hubei Provincial Museum, which offers a unique view of the city. The museum stands on the north bank of the Yangtze and provides a perfect photo opportunity. For close shots of the river, you can go to Turtle Head Islet Park, and get some stunning photos of the iconic Yangtze River.
