The World War 2 bunker's in Lemvig Municipality, Denmark is a must visit for history enthusiasts! It is located conveniently between Esbjerg and Thyboron and forms part of a strategic defense system built by the Nazis during WW2. Here one can find huge blocked bunkers, camouflaged turrets and huge networks of underground tunnel complexes, among other things. The bunkers are in pristine condition, giving you a great insight into what the strategic military plans were like back in the 1940s. There is also a WW2 museum close by, which is worth visiting.
