The White Christ Mirador, in Huanta, Peru, is one of the most impressive outlooks in the country. Situated at the top of a mountain, the view from the edge of the mirador is breathtaking, sweeping across the valleys, towns, and fields of the Ayacucho region. With the imposing presence of the white Christ statue at the top and the many monkeys running across the paths, it is an unforgettable and photogenic spot. The road to the mirador is challenging, but spectacularly worth the effort.
