The Wells Street Bridge in Chicago, United States, is a breathtaking sight for visitors and locals alike. Located on the Chicago River near the Merchandise Mart, the bridge is made up of three distinct pink granite arches, each weighing more than 500 tons. The bridge is also adorned with stunning wrought iron details, making it both stunning and intricate. Serving as a cascade over the river and connecting the North and South Sides of the city, the bridge first opened in 1922 and was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. Known now as the 'East Bank Connector', the bridge is worth the visit when planning a trip to Chicago.
