Wellington Arch and Royal Artillery Memorial can be found in Greater London, United Kingdom. The arch was built in 1828, commissioned by the Duke of Wellington and was originally installed opposite Apsley House (Wellington's London home). The Royal Artillery Memorial was installed shortly after World War I in honor of the fallen from the Royal Artillery. This memorial is located in the park that the Wellington Arch overlooks, appropriately named Hyde Park.

The Wellington Arch is an iconic symbol of British history and military accomplishment. It is considered one of the capital's great monuments and draws its own special charm. From the arch itself or the surrounding parks, visitors will be able to see sites such as Buckingham Palace, Green Park and the Horse Guards Parade. With so much to offer, Wellington Arch and the Royal Artillery Memorial make for a great place to visit.
