Vilnius Cathedral is a stunning Roman Catholic church located on the banks of the Neris River in Vilnius, Lithuania. It is an iconic building with cobblestone floors, a richly decorated exterior, and a golden cupola atop the spire. Visitors have come to this area since the 17th century to visit the grand religious building, an impressive sight with soaring towers and a majestic interior. Inside, the walls are adorned with priceless and detailed frescoes dating back to the 19th century, and the courtyards are lined with mature trees. Guided tours are available to take visitors around the church, as well as down to the crypts below, which are adorned in ancient tombs and artifacts.
