📍 Poland
From the viewing terrace of Przemyśl’s Wieża Zegarowa (Clock Tower), the Old Town unfolds in a dense patchwork of red-tiled roofs and church towers, framed by the hills of the San valley. Built in the 18th century, the Baroque tower was intended as the belfry of a Greek Catholic cathedral that was never constructed, leaving it as a freestanding landmark. It now houses the Museum of Bells and Pipes, highlighting two crafts closely associated with Przemyśl. The elevated view reveals the scale of the city’s religious buildings above its compact residential streets, with the Latin Cathedral’s tall bell tower standing prominently over the roofscape.
