The Torre Eptagonale rises above Moresco’s compact medieval center in the Marche, overlooking Piazza Castello and the hill town’s terracotta roofs. Its unusual seven-sided plan reflects the fortified character of the settlement, once positioned to survey the surrounding countryside. From the upper level, the view opens across patchworked fields, olive groves and neighboring ridges, with the Sibillini Mountains inland and the Adriatic visible in clear conditions. The tower’s stone openings create natural frames for the landscape, while the geometric piazza, arcades and clustered roofs below reveal the tight scale of Moresco’s historic core.
