Clear Water Bay lies on the southeastern side of Sai Kung District, where wooded ridges descend toward sandy coves and the open South China Sea. Much of the peninsula is framed by Clear Water Bay Country Park, giving the shoreline a greener, less urban character than nearby Tseung Kwan O. Elevated roads and trails reveal layered headlands, offshore islands, village roofs and small boats, while the angular ridge of High Junk Peak forms a distinctive local landmark. The east-facing coast catches early light across the water, bringing out the contrast between pale beaches, blue-green sea and densely vegetated slopes.
