View from Linton Hill is a great spot to capture some stunning views of the surrounding Scottish Borders countryside. The area is highly accessible, with one car park situated on the south side of the hill in Northfield, while a separate one lies on the east side near Hounam Hill. These two car parks are connected by a well-maintained path, which provides a beautiful and easy hike to the summit. From there, the views can stretch west to the Eildon Hills, south to the Cheviot range and east to the Lammermuir Hills. As one stands atop the hill, the large loch of St Mungo can be seen in the far distance. Linton Hill is a perfect spot for those who enjoy countryside walks, bird-spotting and photography!
