Victoria One is a residential skyscraper at the corner of Elizabeth and Franklin streets in Melbourne’s central business district, near Queen Victoria Market. Designed by Elenberg Fraser and completed in 2018, it is distinguished by green-toned glazing and strong vertical lines that emphasise its slender profile. The tower forms part of the high-rise cluster at the northern end of the city centre, contrasting in scale with the market’s low-rise sheds nearby. In street-level photographs, its repeating façade draws the eye upward, while reflections of neighbouring buildings and sky shift across the green glass.
