Parco della Montagnola is one of the most beautiful parks in Bologna, Italy. It was originally built in the 19th century as the Grand Duke's private garden and covers an area of about 13 hectares. The park is in the center of the city, close to the University of Bologna and the Two Towers. It is the largest public park in Bologna and it offers peaceful green surroundings and a variety of attractions for children and adults. There are various walking trails for walking, jogging or biking, as well as a beautiful pond with a terrace where you can take a break. The park is also home to a variety of plants, trees and flowers, birds, squirrels and other wildlife. The park is an ideal spot for escaping the chaos of the city and just enjoying the tranquility of nature.
