The Vereinshaus zur Restaurierung und Erhalt der Westhoyeler Windmühle is a historic windmill located in Melle, Germany. Dating back to the 18th century, the windmill is an iconic symbol of the surrounding rural landscape. It was used to grind grain and mill timber and is now preserved by the windmill restoration society. The windmill stands 20 meters tall, and the top of the mill can be reached by a staircase. Visitors are welcome to explore the windmill and take in the spectacular views from the top. The society also offers guided tours of the windmill and its grounds. Along with the windmill itself, the association also manages the restoration and preservation of the nearby Hülstener Mauer and a cultural landscape of old half-timbered buildings, churches and forts.
