Jökulsárlón, located in the South of Iceland, is a glacial lagoon born from melting glacier water, with icebergs floating in its waters. Part of Vatnajökull National Park, it is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Iceland. Visitors can participate in boat tours of the lagoon and marvel at the brightly colored icebergs. Jökulsárlón is also known for its sheer size, with its waters covering 8sq km. It's possible to spot seals, otters, and even the occasional whale from its shores.
