Valle Encantado is an incredible hidden gem in Argentina, located 15km from Catamarca. The main attraction of this area is its gorgeous landscape of shrub-steppe, dunes and canyons, which will make you feel like you're in an otherworldly place. You'll find the valley covered in impressive formations of rocks, and green and yellow colors of the sand. The Parque Provincial Yacoraite is a must-see attraction, as it shows remarkable geologic formations with extremely diverse wildlife. You can also visit Las Ruinas Pintadas, a place that will offer you amazing views. The possibilities here are much more than just taking pictures, as you can take many different routes and explore the stunning nature along the way.
