📍 From Wall of Faucets, Sweden
Turning Torso is a neo-futurist skyscraper located in the center of Hamnen, Sweden. It was designed by the Madrid-based architect Santiago Calatrava and is the tallest building in Scandinavia, reaching a height of 190 meters. Upon entering the lobby the visitor is immediately taken by the views of the city and sea, as well as the two-story rotunda on the inside. There are five floors open to the public that include an observation deck with a 360-degree view of the area, an art gallery, a cafe, and a lounge overlooking the Oresund Strait. Turning Torso also features a hair-raising pool on the bottom two floors while the top 15 floors of the tower contain condominiums. This impressive work of architecture is perfect for those who want to take in the breathtaking views of the area.
