Tunel de Manglares Ría Celestún is an incredibly picturesque mangrove tunnel located near the Mexican town of Celestún, and it is an awesome place to visit if you are looking for some of Yucatán Peninsula's natural beauty. You can rent a boat to take you through the mangroves, where you will be able to get up close and personal with the local plants and creatures that call it home. The mangrove forests are full of diverse species of birds and other wildlife, making it an excellent spot for bird watching. After sailing through the tunnel, you can take in some of the area's stunning shore and oceanfront views. The area around the mangrove tunnel has been declared a wildlife reserve and is protected, ensuring that future generations can enjoy it's splendor.
