Tour d'Oingt is a medieval beautiful castle situated in the Val d'Oingt France. It was built in the 10th century, surrounded by vineyards and picturesque landscapes, allowing visitors to discover a plethora of landscapes and activities. Tour d'Oingt is now a private residence, however, visitors can still explore the nearby gardens, which are well-maintained. The architecture is typical of the region and the walls that remain of the fortress offer an incredible panoramic view of the Dombes plateau, a wildlife haven. Tour d'Oingt is a popular destination for hiking and biking enthusiasts with walkways, bike paths and close to a hundred kilometers of trails. The nearby Fouzon park is home to numerous aquatic activities.
