Torre Salvana is a historic residential building in La Colònia Güell, near Barcelona, Spain. Built in 1902 and designed by Antonio Gaudí, the building is an iconic example of the modernist architecture in Catalonia. It consists of five levels connected by stairs and balconies, while its small windows, brick walls and ceramic decorations make it a beautiful sight. The building is also home to a small church, which gives the entire area an even more special feel. To this day, Torre Salvana is still inhabited by locals and none of it has ever been renovated. A visit to this residential building will give you a unique taste of Gaudí's extraordinary modernist architecture.
