
Torre Bianca (White Tower) is a castle tower near the city of Bellinzona, Switzerland. This tower is situated atop a hill surrounded by the Lago di Teggio and Lago di Davesco. It is the only survivor of three medieval towers that were constructed between_13th and 15th centuries to defend the old city. The tower draws its name from the white limestone blocks which were used to build it.
