Toronto City Hall, situated in the heart of the city, is an important landmark in Toronto, Canada. Built between 1961 and 1965, the building stands 130 meters tall and boasts a sweeping curve on the side of the building. It has a Sky Walk which can be accessed from the North and South towers, allowing visitors to take an aerial view of the city. Its iconic curved lines makes it a great place to take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a picnic with a beautiful backdrop. The Nathan Philips Square located in front of the City Hall is home to many events such as music, performances and festivals, including the ever-popular Winter Festival. Inside the City Hall, visitors can explore the legislative chambers, the Mayor's office and other spaces which are free and open to the public.
