Top Down of Liberty Building, also known as the City Hall Tower, is a beautiful landmark in the heart of Philadelphia. Located directly in front of the 2nd Continental Congress Building and a short walk from Independence Hall, this four-sided tower stands 371 feet tall and offers the highest viewing platform available in the city. Standing at the top, admirers can witness a 360 degrees view taking in the Delaware River, Ben Franklin Bridge, East Falls, and the city’s entire historic skyline. On a clear day, visitors can even see as far as the Blue Mountains of Pennsylvania!
