Top Down of Liberty Building, also known as the City Hall Tower, is a beautiful landmark in the heart of Philadelphia. Located directly in front of the 2nd Continental Congress Building and a short walk from Independence Hall, this four-sided tower stands 371 feet tall and offers the highest viewing platform available in the city. Standing at the top, admirers can witness a 360 degrees view taking in the Delaware River, Ben Franklin Bridge, East Falls, and the city’s entire historic skyline. On a clear day, visitors can even see as far as the Blue Mountains of Pennsylvania! Throughout the year, events and programs are offered that celebrate the history of one of the oldest cities in America.
