The Clifton Suspension Bridge is an iconic landmark in the city of Bristol in the UK. Constructed in 1864, it was designed by famous British engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel and spans the Avon Gorge. It is one of the most renowned ferro-suspension bridges in Britain and is a Grade 1 listed building. The bridge is wire-suspension with wrought iron chains and a total length of 762 metres. The two decks of the bridge offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the River Avon. The bridge was even used as a filming location for the popular British television show, Dr Who. Visitors can take a leisurely walk across the bridge, take pictures, and admire the spectacular views. It is a must-see destination for any traveler or photographer visiting the UK.
