The Basilica of St. Anthony in lovely Padova, Italy is an incredible architectural masterpiece. Built between 1232 and 1310, the basilica was built in a Romanesque-Gothic style and is known for its beautiful facade and nave. Inside, you can find many masterpieces of art such as the altarpieces of the Odyssey painted by Giustina da Crema and the paintings of the Assumption and Transfiguration by Titian. The basilica holds the tomb of St. Anthony of Padova, where thousands of pilgrims come to pay their respects.
