The Temple of Debod is an ancient Egyptian temple located in Madrid, Spain. Built in the 2nd century BCE, it is one of the most well-preserved temples outside of Egypt. Now located in the southeast corner of the Parque de los Estanques, it stands as a reminder of the ties between Egypt and Spain. The temple is in its original form, with two granite obelisks out front, a truncated pyramid in the center and two columns carved with hieroglyphs.
