The Church of San Biagio is a remarkable example of Renaissance architecture in Montepulciano, Italy. It is a parish church built during the 16th century and completed in 1598. The church was dedicated to Saint Biagio, a 4th century Christian martyr.

The main façade has a triangular shape and is made entirely of travertine. The façade is divided into three sections, and the arches containing the central part are decorated with lion heads and heads of griffins, a stone balustrade, and a complex trabeation. The side walls also have travertine decorations, including projecting frames between corbels and a central niche with the coat of arms of the Redi family. Inside the church you can find a beautiful interior with stucco ornamentation and a wooden choir, where the high altar is placed. San Biagio has a large number of interesting pieces of art, including a wooden Christ suspended from a crucifix and a baroque altarpiece. The church has a total of nine altars decorated with frescoes, paintings and stucco busts depicting saints.
