
Telecabine Lisbon - South Station is an iconic elevator in Lisbon, Portugal. Set on the corner of Calçada de Santa Justa and Rua dos Correeiros, it provides beautiful yet historic views of the city. It is the longest of three elevators built in 1902 to connect the city’s steep hills, and it takes visitors 165 feet up in just 35 seconds. From the top, you can witness some amazing 360-degree views of downtown Lisbon, as well as its terracotta rooftops, century-old churches, and the Tagus River below. It is definitely an incredible and unique way of exploring the beautiful city of Lisbon. It is open all year around and the tickets can be purchased both at the counter and online.
