Te Werahi Beach encompasses a vast stretch of white sand on the remote northwest tip of New Zealand. Gazing toward the Tasman Sea and offering some of the most unique sunrise and sunset experiences, this place is a must-visit for any nature lover, photographer or traveler. The iconic sand dunes, turquoise ocean and stunning sunsets, combined with long stretches of black sand beaches, make this piece of paradise an extraordinary sight to behold. There are lots of stunning natural features around including Waipoua kauri forest, 90-Mile Beach and the mysterious Te Illai-moe.
