📍 Mexico
The suspension bridge at El Veladero sits within the municipality of Tamazula de Gordiano, in southeastern Jalisco. Its cable-supported span gives the crossing a distinctive outline, with the relationship between the deck and its supports forming the main architectural interest. Viewed from one end, the converging edges of the deck and the repeating side supports draw the eye toward the opposite bank, emphasizing the span’s length and slender proportions.
