Shoreditch, in east London, has street art woven through its everyday streets rather than gathered in one place. Around Rivington Street, Redchurch Street and Great Eastern Street, murals, stencils, pasted images and lettering cover brick walls and shop shutters. The contrast between weathered industrial surfaces and vivid new paint reflects the neighbourhood’s industrial past and contemporary creative culture.
