
The Statue of Walter Francis Montagu Douglas Scott is a monumental sculpture in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. It is a tribute to the 5th Duke of Buccleuch, who served as Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland in 1887. The sculpture is located at the east end of Buccleuch Place, just south of Edinburgh Castle. The bronze figure, created by a mix of artisans, stands approximately 7 metres high and was unveiled in 1891. It was given a Grade A listing in 1971, and is today a unique landmark in the city of Edinburgh.
