📍 From Charles Bridge, Czechia
The Staroměstská vodárna and Charles Bridge are popular tourist attractions on the left bank of the Vltava River in Praha 1. The Charles Bridge, built in the 14th century, is a sight to behold with its iconic Gothic towers and statues of saints. As you walk over the 516-meter span, you can see the magnificent buildings on either side, like the Old Town Hall, Prague Castle and the Church of St. Francis of Assisi.

At the end of the Charles Bridge stands Staroměstská vodárna, an impressive Baroque-style waterworks. Built in the 17th century, the building was originally used to manage the local water supply. Today, it serves as an interesting sightseeing destination and photography spot. With its ornate doors, gratings and imposing gate, it is best known for its many statues, including Jan Nepomuk, the country's patron saint.
