The Dreirosenbrücke is an iconic bridge in the heart of Basel, Switzerland. It spans the Rhine River and divides the city into Grossbasel (Big Basel) and Kleinbasel (Little Basel). Although it is quite a simple design, it has featured on many postcards, photos, and souvenirs from the city. It has been around since the 12th century and is a great spot to witness a variety of bustling river life, such as boats and ships passing through. It is also popular amongst cyclists and pedestrians because of its excellent river view. It offers many spectacular views during the day and night; especially in the summer when you can watch the sunset from its deck.
